Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Appointments

• All treatments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary consultation forms.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time out of respect for the next client, but the full treatment price will still apply.
• For certain advanced aesthetic treatments, a prior consultation is mandatory.

2. Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Therefore, we operate a strict cancellation policy:

• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• "No-shows" will be charged 100% of the booked treatment cost.
• Deposits paid for large bookings or advanced treatments are non-refundable if the 48-hour notice period is not met.

3. Gift Cards & Payments

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. We do not accept cheques.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the booked price.

4. Health & Safety / Liability

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancies prior to your treatment.
• Visage Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be medically unsafe for the client.
• We do not accept liability for any adverse reactions where a client has failed to disclose relevant medical information.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some treatments are strictly for persons aged 18 and over.
